At All about You Hair & Beauty Ltd, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Salon. Late Cancellations
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we take 50% of the appointment as a fee. Talk to us to find out more.
Deposits
Any appointments booked with a duration time of over 1 hour for New or existing clients will require a 50% deposit.
If you cancel or alter your appointment we will require a minimum of 24hrs notice for your deposit to be refunded or carried forward to another time. If Less than 24hrs notice & your deposit will be non refundable & non transferable. Our staff still expect to be paid for their time, even if you can't attend the appointment!
