Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we take 50% of the appointment as a fee. Talk to us to find out more.
Any appointments booked with a duration time of over 1 hour for New or existing clients will require a 50% deposit.
If you cancel or alter your appointment we will require a minimum of 24hrs notice for your deposit to be refunded or carried forward to another time. If Less than 24hrs notice & your deposit will be non refundable & non transferable. Our staff still expect to be paid for their time, even if you can't attend the appointment!
